All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing or inventory errors.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be received in full before order processing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery.
You are responsible for inspecting products upon delivery and noting any visible damage.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns must be requested within 90 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Custom or special-order products may not be eligible for return.
Restocking fees may apply.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items.

6. Installation and Use

We are not responsible for improper installation or misuse of products. Customers should follow manufacturer guidelines and may wish to hire licensed professionals.

7. Warranties

Products may carry manufacturer warranties. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
